Lemon, Chocolate & Peach
Region: Huehuetenango, Guatemala
Process: Washed
Variety: Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Pache
Producer: Small Holder Farms
Altitude: 1500-1800m
Sourced directly from smallholder farmers in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Jabiru offers a vibrant cup with bright lemon acidity, rich nutty chocolate undertones, and a delicate peach finish.
Jabiru is curated through our strong relationship with Covoya, who work closely with smallholder producers in the region. Covoya have installed a number of regional micro-warehouses and buying stations to enable coffee to be received directly. This removes transport & logistics costs for the producers, all the while providing stable market access for these remote communities.
